Healthy Menu for School

Kids taste are different from adults. In fact, their body needs different nutrition and for this reason they need a different meal.

Prior to improve the kids meal you need to justify the followings criteria:

  • Quantity
  • Time of serving
  • Activities prior and after lunch.
  • Seasonal vegetables and fruits
  • What your chef feel confident with
  • Do you have the required catering equipment for this meal? Such as combi oven, a deep fryer, a cool rooms and ┬ámeat slicer.

Once you know what kind of food and meals you want to move on, make sure your Chef feels like he is confident in cooking theses meals, otherwise ask him how he would like to change.

Balanced plate

Work out the proportion of fruits, protein and vegetables that your kids needs for the day.
